MiraiLabs is a series of data science workshops aimed at professionals. After the success of the first event, we are very proud to announce the second edition of our meetups, “Sharing your data science work: Transform your R code into an API with plumber”.
In this workshop, we will discuss how to share your data science work through APIs. Specifically, we will tackle the case of providing systematic access to your R computational processes, creating an API with the package plumber. In a hands-on session, we will demonstrate how to transform a simple R program into a web service, we will show how to create and expose an API, and we will give an overview of best practices and common security concerns.
The event will take place at KV Business School Zürich AG, Bildungszentrum Sihlpost from 4 p.m. onwards, and will be followed by a networking apero. Registration to the event will open on the meetup page about a month before the event. For the time being, save the date if you are interested!
